75 Minutes · All Levels

Flow-Yin Fusion

Begin with a gentle Vinyasa flow, then settle into longer-held Yin poses. Meditation or breathwork closes this combination of movement and stillness.

Gentle moving sequences followed by slow, sustained floor poses.
Experience
All levels; no advanced pose experience is required.
Options
Choose a comfortable stretch, adjust support and positioning, and shorten or leave a hold when needed.

60 Minutes · All Levels

Yin Yoga (60 min)

Floor poses held for approximately two to five minutes invite a comfortable, sustained stretch and awareness of body and breath. The focus is mindful stretching and stillness, rather than Restorative Yoga’s fully supported rest.

Slow, with longer holds and little movement between poses.
Experience
All levels; comfort with floor-based practice and longer holds is helpful.
Options
Use props to adjust positioning, reduce the depth of a stretch, or shorten a hold to suit your comfort.

75 Minutes · All Levels

Yin Yoga (75 min)

The same sustained, floor-based approach as the 60-minute Yin class, with an additional 15 minutes for an unhurried practice. Poses held for approximately two to five minutes explore comfortable stretching, stillness, and awareness of body and breath.
