Private and welcoming counseling environment

Two ways to begin

Choose the pace of care that fits this season of your life.

Mental Health Counseling offers ongoing sessions and continuity over time. Healing Intensives offer an extended period of therapeutic work, with preparation and follow-up planning. A conversation with the clinician helps determine which format fits your needs and readiness.

Pathway one

Mental Health Counseling

Ongoing counseling sessions offer time to explore your experiences, develop skills, and revisit your goals within a consistent therapeutic relationship.

Areas You May Explore:

  • Navigate stress, change, trauma, grief, or emotional patterns
  • Build greater awareness, regulation, and choice
  • Explore relationships and the ways past experiences shape the present
  • Develop practices that support meaningful, sustainable change

Approaches may draw from somatic therapy, EMDR, DBT, and Internal Family Systems according to clinical fit and your individual needs.

Pathway two

Healing Intensives

Extended therapeutic time allows focused attention to a specific experience, pattern, or goal. Preparation, pacing, and follow-up planning are part of considering this format.

When This Format May Fit:

  • You want focused attention on a specific experience, pattern, or therapeutic goal
  • You and the clinician identify a reason to work in an extended session
  • You want time for preparation, therapeutic work, and grounding within the session
  • You and the clinician determine that an intensive format is appropriate

The clinician will discuss readiness, the proposed format, and appropriate follow-up before an intensive is scheduled.

How to begin

A conversation comes first.

01

Discuss Your Needs

Start with a brief inquiry about the service you are considering and how you prefer to be contacted. Please avoid including diagnoses, treatment history, or other private medical details in the website form.

02

Confirm Fit and Details

Discuss clinical fit, availability, session format, and fees before deciding whether to begin. The clinician can help you consider ongoing counseling or a Healing Intensive.

03

Arrange an Appointment

If the service is an appropriate fit, agree on the next appointment and review consent and preparation information. An inquiry begins a conversation; it does not reserve an appointment.

Care with clear boundaries

Your safety, agency, and readiness matter.

Every counseling journey begins with informed consent and an honest conversation about goals, scope, availability, privacy, financial details, and whether the service is an appropriate fit.

You remain an active participant throughout the process. Questions, pauses, and changes in direction are welcome.

Start where you are
