Aim to arrive about 10 minutes before class so you can find the studio, get oriented, and settle in without rushing.

New visitor questions

A few things people often want to know first.

Do I need prior experience?

No. Choose an introductory or beginner-friendly path and let your instructor or practitioner know you are new.

What should I wear?

For movement classes, wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily. Service-specific guidance can be confirmed when you book.

What if I choose the wrong class?

You are not locked into one practice. Ask us to help find your starting point or try Help Me Choose to explore your options.

Where do I park and enter?

Free on-street parking is available with a two-hour limit. The stairway entrance is between Tom's Coins and The Black Kat.

Is there elevator access?

No. Transcendent Wellness is on the second floor, access requires climbing the stairs, and the building does not have an elevator.
