01

Booking and Your Account

You can purchase class packages and book classes through Mariana Tek. Once you have purchased a package, please reserve each class separately so we can save your place. Take a moment to review what is included, the price, expiration date, and any membership or payment terms. For individual services, follow the booking or inquiry link on the relevant page.

  • Keep your contact and account information up to date
  • Memberships, passes, and account access are for your own use unless sharing is specifically included
  • Please reach out if you would like help understanding a purchase

02

When Your Plans Change

We understand that plans can change. Please update your reservation as soon as you can and review the cancellation and payment terms before booking. Cancellation windows, missed-reservation charges, refunds, and credits depend on the class, appointment, or purchase. You can find the details during booking or in your written confirmation. If anything is unclear, we are happy to help before you confirm.

03

Arriving for Class

Arriving about 10 minutes early gives you time to settle in and ask questions. If you are running late, please check with the instructor before joining and enter quietly if welcomed into class. Sometimes we cannot admit late arrivals when orientation, equipment setup, or class safety would be affected.

04

Practicing at Your Pace

Let your instructor or practitioner know about any considerations that may affect your participation. Choose the options that feel appropriate, and pause or stop if something feels uncomfortable. You are welcome to modify an activity, take a break, or rest.

05

Consent and Respect

Hands-on guidance is always your choice. We ask for consent, and you may decline or change your mind at any time. Please treat fellow participants, instructors, and practitioners with care and respect. To keep the space welcoming and safe, harassment, discrimination, threats, or unwanted contact may lead to someone being asked to leave or having participation restricted.

06

Sharing the Space

Please keep your belongings secure and follow the guidance posted in the studio. Ask for clear permission before photographing, recording, or identifying another participant. You will find us on the second floor at 244 1/2 Middle Street; stairs are required, and there is no elevator. Please reach out before your visit if you have questions about access.

07

Individual Services

Myofascial Release & Therapeutic Bodywork, Reiki & Crystal Healing, and Mental Health Counseling each have their own consent, privacy, scheduling, and payment arrangements. Your practitioner will help you understand what to expect. If those arrangements differ from these general studio guidelines, please follow the terms provided for your service.
