Terms of Use
A clear understanding for using our website.
These terms explain website use, sharing information, and how website guidance relates to bookings and individual services.

Website Use and Agreement
By using the Transcendent Wellness website or voluntarily sharing information through its inquiry and contact pathways, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the information practices described in our Privacy Policy. Please review both before submitting information. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its inquiry forms; contact us by phone with questions. Website agreement does not replace a service agreement or provide separate consent for promotional calls or texts.
02
Inquiries and Follow-Up
Please provide accurate contact information and share only information you are entitled to provide. We use your inquiry to respond and connect you with the right team member. Depending on the form, follow-up may include timely confirmations, reminders, or information related to your request. Our general form prepares an email for you to review and send; preparing it alone does not deliver the inquiry. A request does not confirm an appointment, reserve a class, make a purchase, or enroll you in a paid subscription. We ask separately for any additional communication permission that is needed.
03
Bookings and Purchases
Class accounts, bookings, and purchases currently use Mariana Tek. Please review the price, included visits, eligibility, expiration date, cancellation and refund terms, and any renewal or recurring-payment details shown before confirming. Purchasing a package and reserving a class are separate steps. Your booking is confirmed when the designated booking system or practitioner confirms it. Website information does not override the terms provided for your purchase or service.
04
Wellness and Participation
Website content offers general information about Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Meditation, private training, Myofascial Release & Therapeutic Bodywork, Reiki & Crystal Healing, and education. It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or a promise of results. Choose participation appropriate to your circumstances and discuss relevant considerations with your instructor, practitioner, or clinician. Participation may require a separate waiver or consent document.
05
Mental Health Counseling
Counseling uses separate provider agreements, informed consent, privacy notices, and clinical communication procedures. Browsing this website or sending a general inquiry does not create a therapist-client relationship. General website contact channels are not intended for urgent clinical needs.
06
Respectful Website Use
You are welcome to use this website for personal information and planning. Please respect other people’s privacy and account access. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading or unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or collect other visitors’ personal information without permission. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse or protect the site.
07
Content Ownership
Our branding, logos, original writing, photographs, program materials, and curriculum belong to Transcendent Wellness or their respective owners. Viewing them does not transfer ownership. Please request permission before reproducing, republishing, selling, or using protected materials commercially, except where applicable law permits use. Information you send in an inquiry may be used to answer and manage that request; it is not permission to publish your story or image.
08
Connected Services
Booking, payment, maps, social platforms, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy notices. Please review them when using those services. We do not control every third-party feature, its availability, or the content on an external website. A link does not guarantee or endorse all content on that site.
09
Website Availability and Limits
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but website content and features may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Please confirm details relevant to your visit or purchase. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and Transcendent Wellness is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Updates, Law, and Questions
Updated terms apply prospectively from the revision date shown above. North Carolina law and applicable federal law govern these website terms, without limiting rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Separate signed or confirmed service agreements continue to govern the relevant service. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Please contact us with questions before submitting information or making a purchase.
