This deeply rejuvenating and relaxing class begins with a guided meditation followed by a full sound bath experience. The serene healing tones of quartz singing bowls are used to deepen meditation, relaxation and healing.
The sound vibrations amplify the energy of the space and are harmonically connected to each of our energy centers. This encourage a deep sense of inner peace and unlocks opportunities for physical emotional, mental and spiritual healing.

Cancellation Policy
For regularly scheduled classes, we request a 4-hour notice on all cancellations otherwise you will be billed for your session.
For specialty workshops, cancellations with greater than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a full refund, and cancellations with less than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a 50% refund.
