Service Description
This class is perfect for those who are seeking more peace and balance from their chaotic lives. The class begins by offering simple, easy techniques to help those who might be struggling with getting started into their meditation practice, and to help ease the body, mind, and breath into a relaxed position. Each class is designed to take the participants on a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness and deep relaxation through guided meditation, sounds of various musical instruments and storytelling. Different types of meditation techniques will be offered including sitting, standing, walking and reclining meditations. The meditation is guided by Spirit and will have a different theme and message, perfect for that day for anyone who is called to attend the class. Sound meditation helps the brain reach Alpha and Theta states, as well as resets the Vagus nerve.
