Service Description
This class is part of our Yoga Therapeutics Program. This class is a gentle and slow-paced class designed to support you in addressing and recovering from chronic medical conditions. Specifically, this class will focus on hip and spine mobility, balance, and core strengthening.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
For regularly scheduled classes, we request a 4-hour notice on all cancellations otherwise you will be billed for your session.
For specialty workshops, cancellations with greater than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a full refund, and cancellations with less than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a 50% refund.
