Service Description

This class is taught in the style of Iyengar Yoga.   Iyengar Yoga is a very bio-mechanically correct form of yoga, which emphasizes active engagement of the muscles and prolonged holding of the postures.  In this class, the mechanics of the yoga postures are emphasized and students are taught how to move safely into, within, and out of the yoga postures. This class is suitable for beginner, advanced beginner, and intermediate students. Benefits include:  Increased muscular strength, improved flexibility and postural alignment, and improved balance The awareness gained from this class supports the practice of all styles of yoga.

Cancelation Policy

For regularly scheduled classes, we request a 4-hour notice on all cancellations otherwise you will be billed for your session. For specialty workshops, cancellations with greater than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a full refund, and cancellations with less than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a 50% refund.
