Yoga for 12 Step Recovery

Service Description

This practice is specifically designed for people in a 12 step recovery program to help learn new skills to cope with stress, anxiety, and cravings. Emphasis is placed on mindfulness and meditation combined with basic yoga postures, stretches and balance. Readings are shared from various recovery programs. This is a safe space to connect with others and your higher power.

Cancellation Policy

For regularly scheduled classes, we request a 4-hour notice on all cancellations otherwise you will be billed for your session. For specialty workshops, cancellations with greater than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a full refund, and cancellations with less than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a 50% refund.
