The chakras are energetic centers of the Indian/Yogic Energy System. These seven chakras are the major energy centers of the body. Each chakra has specific vibrational frequency which impacts the functioning of our physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual bodies. When the energy flows freely we express ourselves with greater clarity and authenticity.
