Heated Yoga is an advanced form of vinyasana yoga that is performed in a heated room. Both the heat and the vigorous nature of the sequences will challenge the participant to a greater extent. The addition of the heat encourages greater connective tissue relaxation and body detoxification. Hot yoga is suitable for an advanced beginner or intermediate students. (Individuals with heart conditions or other medical conditions that affect heat tolerance should consult with the instructor before attempting the class) Benefits include: Increased muscular strength, improved flexibility, and postural alignment, and improved balance
For regularly scheduled classes, we request a 4-hour notice on all cancellations otherwise you will be billed for your session. For specialty workshops, cancellations with greater than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a full refund, and cancellations with less than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a 50% refund.
