Guided Meditation and Breathwork

Service Description

This class will calm your monkey mind and help you to focus. You will be guided through pranayama (breathwork) and various forms of meditation. The yoga sutras will be used as a study theme to deepen your yoga knowledge as well as mantra and chanting. Each session can be experienced as a stand alone class and may include different elements. Suitable for the beginner to advance meditator.

We require 24 hour notice for any requests to cancel or rebook private sessions. Within the 24 hour cancellation window, you may be subject to loss of booking credit.
