This class will calm your monkey mind and help you to focus. You will be guided through pranayama (breathwork) and various forms of meditation. The yoga sutras will be used as a study theme to deepen your yoga knowledge as well as mantra and chanting. Each session can be experienced as a stand alone class and may include different elements. Suitable for the beginner to advance meditator.
For regularly scheduled classes, we request a 4-hour notice on all cancellations otherwise you will be billed for your session. For specialty workshops, cancellations with greater than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a full refund, and cancellations with less than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a 50% refund.
