Service Description

Barre classes draw from the disciplines of yoga, ballet, and Pilates to develop a total body workout.  Low impact, high-intensity movements are chosen to increase the muscular tone, strength, endurance, and flexibility of the entire body within each class. Barre classes are appropriate for all levels. Benefits include:  Increased muscular strength, improved flexibility and postural alignment, and improved balance

Cancellation Policy

For regularly scheduled classes, we request a 4-hour notice on all cancellations otherwise you will be billed for your session. For specialty workshops, cancellations with greater than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a full refund, and cancellations with less than 48-hour notification will be eligible for a 50% refund.
